I'm planning to head up the west side of the peninsula on the weekend of March 12-13. We'll explore a few forest service roads near Lake Quinault, get a hike in at one of the Hoh trails, set up camp somewhere, tell lies around a campfire, enjoy some good food and make new friends.
I don't plan on this being a hard core off-road session, but this is completely exploratory for me.
I can leave Friday or Saturday
I'm ready to lead, but open to suggestions.
Hope you find some good camp spots!
No worries. Thanks for letting me know.
Current Plan...
Depart Saturday Morning from Olympia at 7:00 am
Drive to the Hoh visitor center and complete a 3-5 mile hike
We'll explore our way back to either Queets Campground or Graves Creek Campgound and stay the night there.
Let me know if you're for sure in.
Hi Aaron, I am interested in joining this trip, beginners welcome?
