I have never loved to fish, but I am interested in fishing, mostly because I like fish. Tell me about your love of fishing. I want to learn...

ADVENTURE TRAVEL ENTHUSIASTS DEDICATED TO OVERLAND EXPLORATION
I bought my first fly setup this past year, fished a handful of times. No teachers just some light reading, screw ups, and off to the races. It's fun. Even in the bloody early cold morning. I've no waders so I only shore fish, but its nice and relaxing, and when you get something, it's even better. Think of it like driving the same trail repeatedly, it's always fun! Seasonally, and terrain movement/vehicle upgrades it is ever changing. Plus. If you succeed. Food!
(Looks like I'll have to figure out the 3rd party photo hosting...)
In the mean time how about a basket of crab
Not really a fish fan so not the first thing on my dinner choices usually. Enjoy fishing, but have never been driven to fish. LOVE going fishing though, getting out into some incredible areas, around water, good times with good friends (old and new) can't be beat. (I've been blessed as a lousy fisherman so I don't get bothered by fish while out enjoying).

Dan, I didn't get real interested in fishing until I took up fly fishing 20+ years ago. That however, became a passion! I'm not one of those "fly snobs" - I'm pretty opportunistic. I'll fish for salmon, steelhead, trout, bass, crappie, perch, and even carp!
Washington and the northwest in general, has some pretty good fishing. Lots of lakes and streams.
Tag along with me sometime, we'll get you involved.
