Afternoon all,
I am thinking of upgrading to a TreKboxx system in the back of my JLU Rubicon. For overnight trips I am using a Rhino-Rack + RTT, but I am not sure when I should be starting to worry about extra weight. At what point should I be thinking about upgrading the suspension or potential a lift to support ensure the drive remains ideal with this extra weight. Any thoughts or insights?

There's two things to immediately consider-
Weight bias - Does your front end sit higher than the rear even if ever so slightly? If so, you absolutely need to address it. An interim fix is moving it forward so that the weight isn't just over the rear axle. The closer to the middle the better.
Generally overweight - Do the Coors Light can test. If you can't set a one on the top of your tire, then you need to address the suspension if you want to prevent rubbing or bottoming out. Since you have a RTT I would also recommend getting the Helwig rear swaybar. Its too inexpensive not to do it.
Honestly, you needed to address the suspension the moment you added a RTT.
