I read the FAQ but did not find anything about the camping spots. How are they determined. Is it first come first serve or something else?

I bought an extra spot because i have and Truck and trailer and then a 2nd vehicle. I'm coming in kinda heavy for an overland rally I know. But I have 2 kids and wife. No buddies to contend with so the quiet section will do well. Thank your for the help.
Yeah. They are 20x20 grids. From what I recall there are generally two rows of 20x20 spots back to back with a gap between the next set for vehicles to get through. There are two sections to camp. A quiet section and a "not so quiet" section. Both are first come, first served. If you want to be by your buddies, I recommend rallying up there together or meeting outside of the entrance, across the street then, check-in together. That way you can setup camp right next to them.
They are laid out in a grid across the field. First come first served, yes. It's pretty informal though.
