While I have not been to the NW Overland Rally, I will be working hard toward attending next year. This year the Non Profit I support has been way down on funds, so most of my cash is going there. While it is sad that I won't get to go, there are more important things I need to take care of. I hope everyone has amazing adventures, and takes lots of pictures and video.

Thank you. I'll do my best to make it to the Rally next year. I will also try to join in for some smaller trips and gatherings during the summer. The budget is not always this critical, just a rough patch is all.

Not so much that I'm giving up what I want. The support for the DV Sanctuary is far more important at the moment. We help families that have been torn apart by violence. Having lived through it myself, I need to be a part of survivors living without violence and moving forward. Right now, the Sanctuary is almost $3000 under. I can buy or build my toys later. My truck has a long way to go before it's ready for anything serious, it can wait.
Wow I admire your philanthropic spirit. There are few who would give up things they want to support something they believe in.
