Hay folks,
My test trip took me out into the foothills of the Olympics just south of Sequim. Found out I have some autolockers... A plus and great starting point. Mellow Yellow performed brilliantly.
After about an hour and half on the dirt I found myself back on the 101 and with several hours to kill before my ferry reservation. So, off to Neah Bay along 112. This is a stretch of road I have been wanting to explore for decades. What a fun drive. Once second you are in the bush and the next at the coast. Stop in at Shipwreck point for a Photo opt and to check out the sites.
The good news is the Jeep is ready from some more adventures. However the list of upgrades has grown. Fuel Capacity is priority number 2, after a new driver's seat.
Looking forward to joining you all on some adventure in this "new to me" vehicle.
Great photo, I'm up in Port Angeles and Sequim a couple of times a year to visit family, will have to take the 112 a little further, looks like a beautiful drive.
You were in my neck of the woods.
If you haven't seen Guy's Jerry holder check it out. Simple way to carry more petrol
